About the property

One fully furnished extra large room for one person available in a brand spanking new fully renovated (like 12 months old), uber funky and spacious, character filled warehouse in the old Cherry Ripe factory. Right in the middle of everything Fitzroy has to offer but nice and quiet. The rest of the warehouse is also fully furnished with a bit of artistic flair and modern cons. Oodles of space! Private entrance from street level. Large courtyard. It's a great space!!

I have an ensuite so you'll one be sharing the bathroom with one other female housemate plus I'm away most weekends!!

Hopefully you're a dog lover, as Leroy Brown is a super cute six-year old Frug (French bulldog crossed with a pug) and is packed full of personality. He's pretty well behaved and is toilet trained. He loves company and play time. You can't help but love him. Like I said, I'm only there during the week anyhow, so the same goes for him.

Gas, water, electricity and internet included.

About the flatmates

I'm a 39 yo city girl who works in corporate communications M-F and am reasonably active. I spend most weekends down Great Ocean Road so you'd have the place to yourself a bit. I like good food and wine over a chat and like my home to feel pretty relaxed and comfortable. Looking for someone who will treat the place like it was their own, is reliable when it comes to bills and respects others in the house. I'd like to think I'm a pretty considerate house mate and definitely keep things neat and tidy.
