LOOKING FOR 2 FLARMATES TO SHARE 3 BDRM TOWNHOUSE:
Besides who lives here...there is Netflix ( who hasn't). There is unlimited Wifi (who hasn't). There is Android TV with access to google play movies (ok you have to pay...But less than a movie ticket). There is Wii (sorry die hard PS Players). If you have Vinyl there is a HMV Radiogram, Great Sound.
What can be a bonus then?
Prefer a non smoker, however Smokers will be considered...OUTDOORS ONLY. We have an outdoor heater. Outdoor Shade in the Summer. Lots of seating and cushions in the Summer. 2 BBQs one Gas and one Charcoal.
There is a small wine Fridge, for that perfect temp!
A chest freezer...more space for foodstuffs, plus fridge/freezer combo to share with 1 other.
Storage space in the Garage & understairs cupboard and Linen space in the Linen cupboard.
There is a powder room downstairs. So no strangers in your bathroom.
100 mtrs from the Bus. 7 min walk to West Footy Train Station. Walking distance to shops, supermarket, cafes & Footscray Hospital.
Though there are house rules, it works. Have lived a bit with others. A bit of mindful written guidance keeps a happy household. Life is to be enjoyed, especially at Home! It’s people that make a place! Looking for flat mate/s who are level headed, reasonable and friendly.

About the flatmates

Female, independent and mature minded and open and accepting of others. There are house rules and if this does not fit with you, then you would not suit living here.
Social, yet like most others enjoy private time.
I am respectful, genuine, honest, friendly with no expectations further than the house rules.
1. The Rent and Bills to be paid on time. (Unless you have been kidnapped & taken hostage or on life support in ICU).
2. Be clean and tidy in the common areas of the house and outdoors. If you make a mess, clean it up afterwards. (Santa doesn’t really exist right? Cleaning up Faries don’t either).
3. There is a cleaner who visits every fortnight on a Wednesday morning 9am-12pm. She is the PAID FOR Cleaning Fairy, if you like. We all chip in $33 each per Fortnight. She super cleans all areas of the house, in the bedrooms she only wipes, dusts and vacuums. This is a non-negotiable condition of living here. (It’s so nice to come home to a Sparkling Shining Home)!
4. There are Pets. Feline - Domestic, friendly and house trained. Canine - Sausage Dog, house trained, particular, barks at strangers entering the house and prefers females, however once he knows you...Is not a constant barker, usually snoozing & searching for snacks. (If you do NOT LIKE ANIMALS or have ALLERGIES TO FUR, this will not be suitable for you). Unfortunately the Lease only allows 2 Animals to reside here, so I am unable to take any Pets. Will consider Fish, Bird, Turtle, Hamster ( you get my drift).
5. There is a house ROSTER. This rotates weekly. This is for upkeeping the cleanliness of all the common areas of the house. If you are away or sick you are OFF ROSTER of course and we will share your work. (What goes around comes around in a GOOD WAY)!
6. YES...You are welcome to have friends visit. But no parties or work/study conferences that go on for hours. Respectable hours Right? Strategic Planning is the ANSWER. If you are wanting to do something special ie: Birthday, or Celebration of some sort...no worries as long as it is not an all nighter and doesn’t get us or the neighbours upset Right? We prefer not to be on a first name basis with our local constabulary!
7. YES...you can have someone stay over. We all have that someone special. No worries, however they can’t be ‘living-staying’! That means here on a regular basis or more than 2 nights. No exceptions. This is a house for 3.
8. Use the Garage Door after hours. So before 7am and After 11pm.
9. Always Lock up and Secure the house when you leave and don't leave anything ON/GOING! We don't want one of those Insurance AD Scenarios....though DISHWASHER OK! LOL!
10. 1 month Rent in Advance.
2wk security bond. This will be refunded after bills are updated and room inspected. You will be required to have your bedroom’s carpet, steam cleaned upon leaving and return of the house keys.
