About the property

The room you're looking at is a ripper for $200. It was once upon a time a snooker room, so is big enough for not only a bedroom but a self contained living area as well. It has a built in wardrobe too. Bus stop at the bottom of the street. Supermarkets 10 minutes walk in either direction. Popuiar new cafe, hair dresser, op shop are 200 metres walk from us. This is a very quiet street in Frankston East with many retirees. We love the serenity! We have foxtel here and all housemates are welcome to use it. Our garage is basically an outdoor entertaining area with a tv and a bbq out there for everyone's use. We have a poker night every second Tuesday night which is great fun and you'd be welcome to join in with us! Whether you're social or like time to yourself, you will find this a great place to live. Until recently I didn't charge a bond, because I know it's hard for a lot of people setting up in a new place.....unfortunately we've just had too many people do the wrong thing by us and so now we ask two weeks rent as bond. You won't have any trouble getting it back, I just ask that you respect our home and do the right thing by us.

About the flatmates

Currently we're three boys, me aged 49 (community support worker), my son is 21 and is here half the time. He is at TAFE studying cyber security and our other fella is a bloke in his early 20s who is very quiet and respectful. We're all locals and love living in Frankston. It's a friendly home, we all get along.
