Hi all,
We have lived in this residence for ~4-5 years, but due to life circumstances, 3 are moving out.
I love where I live and would prefer to not have to move out, so there are 3 available rooms.
I'm 30M and work full time, I enjoy drinking and going out, but love to stay in and watch TV as well.
I'm probably on the tail end of my partying days, but have no issues with people having friends over and a big night/s.
