Studio room ($270 p/week incl bills):

• Fully appointed with queen bed, built in robe, side tables, lounge chairs, desk and extra creature comforts
• Own ensuite and kitchenette (microwave and fridge)
•Your own split system heating / cooling
• 32" wall mounted TV

Use of common areas such as :
• Main living zone with room to relax and watch a movie
• Full shared kitchen open plan to dining room space, plenty of preparation space and gas-cooking
• Laundry facilities

• Fully registered rooming house, licensed operators & professionally managed
• We endeavour to provide a happy and harmonious environment for everyone with clearly outlined house rules and inductions

The price is based on single person, for two persons it is $30 per week extra.
Linen is not included, not all rooms pictured are available, and some furnishings may vary to the photographs. Our lease period is a minimum of 6 months.
