about me -
Im a 25YO full time shift worker, can sometimes do night shifts, so would be keen for somebody who can work with that. I enjoy cooking, working out, spending time with mates (whom i hope which would include you), but also can respect your own privacy.
About the house -
Newly built house with all new amenities, your room had a split system set up for those hot days and cold nights.
The garage is set up as a personal gym which include a bench press, squat rack, and rower machine to save on your gym membership!
A new outdoor spa has also been installed so BYO bathers.
The house has two main bathrooms and an extra powder room.
The rent covers your wifi, insurance and rates, but comsumerables, like electric, gas and water are extra
The house is located close to the freeway so it makes it easy to get all across the western suburbs but not to close that we are listening to the cars come by
About the people:
There are currently two of us guys living here.
im a 25YO shift worker so ill be around at random times during the week.
love hanging out over a drink in the spa, playing a bit or mario kart, or just making dinner. I’m also keen to have down time in my private space.
My room mate, Liam, is 25YO and is a mechanic and a works your standard 9-5
We are both in relationships so partners may come over every now and then or we might disappear for a few nights!
