I have one room available in the property. There are two toilets in the house and a walk in shower.
The house will be fully equipped and all you need is your cloths and food. There are two fridges and the beds are new and bedding is provided. Each room has robes.
The property has unlimited wifi, plenty of garden space, off street parking and an out door entertainment area which is covered.
The house is very close to the Laverton Station and shops.
I am an active Landlord and you will see me around regularly. I do all the maintenance and cleaning. I am easy to talk too and am easily contactable. I get to know my tenants but respect their privacy also.

I am currently renovating this new share house. I add more photos as I get closer to finishing the house but there are a range room sizes (internal and external rooms).
It will be freshly painted, two toilets and it will have all new beds, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of garden space, on and off street parking, etc. in the house.
Bills are included (water, electricity, gas, and WIFI) in the weekly rental cost.
The house is a 3 minute walk to the Laverton Station, the freeway, medical centre, cafes and shops. Each room is private and lockable. There is street and off street parking.
A minimum stay of 2 months is expected with 2 weeks rent in advance and 2 weeks. I am happy to show people around.
The house is in a great location, very clean and has nice gardens.
There is also a garage on the property.
