About the property
Property is large and spacious with the potential to have you own lounge room (negotiable, currently not included). Largish room with built in robes with semi-shared bathroom (Bathroom has the only bathtub in the house so I occasionally use that). Smallish back yard and some space in double garage available for storage if required. Close to Lower plenty shops and a short walk from Were street in Montmorency and the train station.
Photo's of bedroom have a double and king single mattress on the floor together to give you idea of size - and because my son is currently enjoying camping out in there:). The lounge room photos are the one that could potentially be your own seperate one - the two couches are available for use currently but I’m essentially storing them for someone - so expecting them to go in the near future

About the flatmates
48yr old full time health professional, occasional photographer with a 13yr old son who is with me 50% of the time. Still very young at heart (and mind) love going out, bush-doofs, DJs, festivals, mountain-biking etc so quite active and social. Currently no permanent pets (I do have visitors that bring their little dogs around fairly regularly) though they are allowed on the property. Happy doing my own thing or engaging in a multitude of conversations from photography to crypto to growing up in Kenya and everything in between. Very much on the Greens/social justice end of the political scale and try hard to minimise my footprint where I can.
