Only 8 km to the city and 1.6 km to highpoint. Close to public transport. Fantastic modern two bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom which also includes a shower and bath in one. Other features include a courtyard with an outdoor setting which leads out into a communal garden, split system heater and air conditioning in the lounge area as well as electric heaters in the lounge and bedrooms. Fully furnished and the spare room that is for rent contains a king single mattress and study desk. Free WiFi unlimited, foxtel pay tv basic package and Net Flix. Also happy to provide little extras such as toilet rolls, soap, washing detergent ect. The apartment would suit someone that is not a light sleeper as I usually work in the afternoons and come home between generally 10 at night and midnight and between those times I am sometimes using the microwave, cooking, having a shower or watching a little bit of TV in the loungeroom. Occasionally I work nightshift.
