THE PLACE

The house is bright, new and modern and super easy to get anywhere. It's spacious which means we don't feel like we are top of each other. The kitchen is open-plan with a dishwasher and plenty of cupboards and bench space. And there's a lil outdoor courtyard for the summer days.

The room is MASSIVE with a double wardrobe and currently furnished (which can be removed if need be). There's also a landing area/second lounge which you can use how you please and nice bathroom (with a spare toilet downstairs too.) Plus you'll only be sharing the bathroom with one girl who's at work most of the time.

Internet / foxtel are included in the rent. With water, power and gas, split between us evenly. The room comes with a car pass for street parking.

Ideally looking for someone who is happy to do their own thing but is clean, considerate and will take initiative with household chores (like emptying the bin instead of trying to squeeze more rubbish in).

THE PEEEPS

We are three young yo-pros who like to get out and enjoy the most of what Melbourne has to offer. My partner and I work full time during the week and Rach (our other house mate) is a local copper on shift work so sometimes we see each other and sometimes we don’t - but we have a chill vibe and make living super easy around different schedules.

When were not trying a new food plan / recipes, we love to do a bit of travel (pending border restrictions) otherwise we are normally out playing golf (boring) or shopping at chaddy / finding a new brunch stuff (fun).

I would label us as your classic household who love a couple of celebratory drinks at home but generally we head out to catch up with friends for our social gatherings. Although a bbq and board games night is a bit of a regular occurrence.

Two of us are originally from NZ, so the outdoors is our best friend but we love the odd hermit day to catch up on Netflix (Queens Gambit, Bridgerton.. seen em all!). We actively play touch rugby and try to head to the gym most days (wouldn’t say no to a pilates buddy) and love to watch any sport (mostly rugby and league) so bonus points if you can talk smack about the All Blacks.
