About the property

Large house located in the heart of Maribyrnong. Situated right by the river, we're only a 5 minute walk to Maribrynong Rd trams and a 2 minute drive to Highpoint shopping centre and Anglers Tavern. We have a large room which would comfortably fit a queen size bed and other furniture (4.3x3.6) available for rent.

We're looking for an early to mid-twenty year old to join our family long-term who has a 9-5 lifestyle. You’re sociable and outgoing but know when to respect people’s space. You are clean, employed (i.e. have your life together somewhat) and are willing to partake in household movie nights/ drinks/ wine and cheese. Vegan/ LGBTI+ friendly but no couples! (soz, small bathroom). No pets either

About the flatmates

Jacinta is a 21 year old creative writer currently working as an editorial assistant for a publishing company. She’s just as astounded as you are that she managed to get a job with an arts degree. She enjoys a goss with the gals, a good read and a boogie on the d-floor. She is a classic Virgo. You’ve been warned.
Emily is a 22 year old full time research student. Aside from spending 99% of her time at uni, she manages to cram in too much jiu jitsu. Will never shy away from a cheeky sesh at bimbos and will always down a falafel kebab afterwards.
Ryleigh is a 21 year old male who must be fed and watered daily. He has personally made half the furniture in the house in between band rehearsals and acquiring his electrical apprenticeship. He will never say no to Frank Sinatra. “Cheeky smile, bad tattoos, and shit at making bangers. Hot for a chub.” – Ryleigh’s mum
