I am looking for 2 relaxed but reliable people, to share my beautiful Edwardian home in Moonee Ponds with my Labradoodle and Ragdoll Cat. It's close to public transport, Puckle Street shops, beautiful Queens Park and an outdoor pool. The first bedroom is large, bright and fully furnished for $170 per week. The second bedroom is medium sized with built in robes. Shared areas include a large comfortable lounge with T.V., heater and air-conditioning. The kitchen is retro with modern appliances and there is also a small gym and a study. The best feature is my gorgeous back garden with a covered deck for relaxing, and a dining/BBQ area, ideal for entertaining.
