About the property

The place is really nice and spacious. There are two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. The common areas are all furnished but we love it when flatmates bring in something special to them whether it's some furniture or a nice picture for the wall. Especially plants!! The more the better!

Locally, there's a local cafe around the corner with amazing coffee. There are also other shops for takeaway such as pizza, pasta, dumplings, and a local FoodWorks if you need to grab something fast.
The station is very close (2min drive or 15min walk), and there is a woolies there. And the beach is also near. The best part is the nice atmosphere we have in the house. We like living in a friendly environment and among friends. Coming home is something to look forward to at the end of a long day.
The backyard is also very big, so if you're into gardening or having bbq's outside, then this is perfect for you.

Rent is $120 per week ($520 per month) which is a covid discount for the first 4 months and then it will go up to its usual price at $150 per week -$650 per month (depending on covid situation).

About the flatmates

Sadly one of our flatmates is leaving us to move back home so that leaves us looking for a new housemate to join our house.

About us!

You will be living with Tom, Elliot, and Alana. We are between 20-30. Tom is Swedish and has just finished studying Marketing at Monash. Elliot is a Graphic Designer and working in Bunnings part-time. Alana comes from NSW and is studying law at Monash and working at Woolies.

We love sharing a bottle of wine, doing a backyard workout, or cooking together but we also enjoy and respect our privacy and downtime. On the weekend you can find us, brunching, going for bike rides, and spending time in the sun. We are very friendly and like meeting new people, it's a social house, but not a party house.

The most important thing for us is to find someone we get along with and enjoy living together!
We would like to live with someone who shares the same interests as us and is also between 20-30.

**I am the property manager posting the ad and live in a separate area of the property with my boyfriend (the wall of the bedroom joins to the wall of my bathroom).
