Cosy flat in a great location! Walking distance from IGA and Newport train station and only a short drive or bus ride to Altona gate shopping centre. Its a quiet family neighbourhood surrounded by great parks (Newport lakes is gorgeous and only a 5 minute walk away)
We have an off street parking space available as I no longer have a car (pictured with scooter in carpark) which you're more than welcome to use.
Also we have a split air conditioning system
Everything in the room is staying in there except the desk/computer/computer chair.
