Come join our new home up in North Melbourne!
This is your chance to move into our massive classic Victorian house (335m2) with 4 roomies (well 2 for the time being) who love their own quite time doing their own activities/hobbies but also enjoy a house dinner/movie or party when they can! Very convenient central location only 5 mins walk from Flemington Bridge railway station. Only 15 Mins by public transport to both University of Melbourne and to Melbourne Central!

The house is currently unfurnished although we recently got the keys last weekend so we will be moving in and filling it up gradually! We have 2 rooms available now both rooms will be unfurnished so can come in and chuck your stuff in! Rental prices below are not inclusive of bills which will be split evenly between us all.

Room 1 info- 4.3 x 3.5m ($270 weekly, $1160pcm) - has the best natural light in the house with two south facing windows! Can fit a queen bed, desk and extra furnishings. Has vintage vibes with two wooden wardrobes and a fireplace decoration.

Room 2 info: - 3.2 x 3.5m ($235 weekly, $1010pcm) - slightly smaller room but comes with cheaper rent. Nice cosy vibes and even closer to the kitchen if you enjoy sneaking out for midnight snacks!

House info - super fun 4 person house with super cosy vibes. The house comes equipped with 2 bathrooms (1 individual and another split among the rest), a massive backyard (great for gathering and a shingdig or 2!). Spacious kitchen with lots of cupboard space and even a dishwasher and even a dining area with a fireplace to see you through the harsh winters. Huge lounge area perfect for a movie sesh with space for more.
