About the property
The house is spacious and renovated from the inside.
It has 2 showers, but only 1 toilet. Me and the other housemate we are both active and out most of the time hence it really doesn't bother us.
We have all the kitchen and lounge furniture.
Super close to Monash Uni and public transport. M1 and princess highway less than 5 mins drive.
All rooms have a ceiling fan and built-in massive wardrobes. A secure garage is also there if someone has a motorbike.
We will also install security cameras one we move in.
Internet is included in the weekly rent, but electricity and water is not and will be split between housemates equally.

About the flatmates
Hi
I am a Chemical Engineering graduate, working full time for the past 1 year. After work, I go to the gym, cook dinner, have a chat, and go to bed before 12. On the weekend I am usually out either riding motorbike or playing social sports or hanging with friends and family. I have a cat named Zoe, she stays mostly outdoors but also indoors, she is very laid back and calm.
My second housemate is a 27 years old Male, Mechanical Engineer, who also works full time and pretty much does the same as what I do.
We like our privacy and respect others, at the same time would prefer someone with the same mindset.
We have recently got the lease for this house and will be moving in on the 8th of April.
