About the property
The house is absolutely beautiful and modern. The kitchen and lounge area is my favourite part, with the beautiful island bench and open living area. We have amazing natural light that comes into the home. Feature a downstairs laundry and bathroom. We have a garage and one car port, plus parking right out the front. We have 3 bedrooms upstairs, one with an ensuite and also a shared large bathroom upstairs with a bath.
If you were to move in, it's a really casual and relaxed environment with everyone just helping their way in terms of the cleaning around the house. The house is fully furnished, and you would not have to buy a thing other than the furniture for your room.
We have a TV with Netflix, google chrome, and all that jazz, heating/air-conditioning, the place is always nice and warm. An outdoor area with a nice view of beautiful oak tree. And our neighbors are also lovely.

About the flatmates
I am currently looking to move out of our beautiful home in Pascoe Vale, as unfortunately I have run into some car troubles and need to purchase a new car.
The 2 girls currently living in the home are Cate and Sophie. Both are early 20's and are flight attendants. We have all created such a warm, cozy home and all enjoy a good laugh together. Both girls are extremely kind, caring, clean and considerate of others. We love to have a chat when we are all home, but also respect each others space when we just want to hang out in our room.
If you were to move in, it's a really casual and relaxed environment with everyone just helping their way in terms of the cleaning around the house. The house is fully furnished, and you would not have to buy a thing other than the furniture for your room. You would be sharing a bathroom with 1 other girl, Cate who is clean and there is literally never a time we have both wanted to use the bathroom at the same time. The room is nice and modern with a window, carpet and mirrored sliding doors.
