I am a 30 years old graphic designer who is leaving my room in (mid-December) in this beautiful and calm shared house in Preston. You will be sharing the flat with friendly people; a Colombian couple and an Australian man. We like to meet in the evening in our free time to share stories, and play some board games. The property is convenient as it is very close to the northland shopping center and Latrobe university. It is a 5 minutes drive to plenty road and an outlet to the beautiful Derribin creek.
