The house: A modern three bedroom townhouse on a lovely quiet street located within walking distance of the MCG and a short train ride to the city. I currently have two sizeable bedrooms available (4000mmm X 3300mm) both with split system air conditioning. Bathroom includes a bath and lots of storage. Rent will be $300 per week until the end of March 2022 before rising to $325 after that.
