This a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car park apartment unit located on River Street, South Yarra. It’s part of a low-density apartment complex with an elevated 25m indoor heated pool with spa, sauna, and gym (very decent, google SY21 gym).

The size of the room is approximately 3 x 3.2m with a built-in wardrobe. You will have your own bathroom just outside of your room.

The current contract will end at the end of July.
We will jointly sign the new contract for another six or twelve months. Starting from the month of August.
