The apartment is located on the third floor of the apartment building on Chapel St and 5 minute walk from the Astor Theater and next door to Carlisle St in Balaclava close to the heart of St Kilda.
There's a tram stop right outside (Tram 78) and is a 6 minute walk to Balaclava station. There's also a car park as well as plenty of street parking behind the apartment. The Apartment is also just 1 minute walk away from the beautiful Alma Park.
The room is unfurnished and has plenty of closet space and also a wardrobe for more space, the room gets plenty of natural light and gets the most light out of all the rooms.
