About the flatmates
It's a 4 bedroom two storey house. We are two ladies living in the house and looking for a third house mate. The room that's up for rent is a big room that can fit a king size bed and has an inbuilt wardrobe. You will have your own toilet and bathroom which also has a bathtub. The room is upstairs. I'm after a very neat person who cleans up after themselves and leaves the common areas spotless clean. My former housemates were very untidy and would leave a mess everywhere in the house. I cannot emphasize enough on the importance of neatness.we take turns to clean the house each week. There's plenty of street parking and please no parties
