Hi Guys, Iv got a 4 bedder, 2 bath, 1 parking in Tarneit. Pretty centrally located. Its located 350m from Tarneit Gardens thats got the works like Woollies, Chemist warehouse, Laundromat, hair dresser, veggie store , BWS etc. Additionally Tarneit Station that gets you the V line to the City in 18 mins is exactly 2.9 Km away. There is a bus stop 200m from the house, that takes you straight to the station and back.

If you like to workout, there is an anytime fitness like 2.5km away from the house.

The master has a walk in wardrobe and an attached private toilet, and thats where I stay. The other 3 bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The common areas are furnished with couches, TV, AC, dining table. The kitchen has a gas top 4 burner with oven in place. It also comes with a rice cooker, dishwasher, a microwave, plates, spoons, forks, etc. I also have a nice laundry machine, that keeps all my clothes clean, and you are free to use it or walk down to the laundromat. The house has High Speed Internet. Additionally there is a large back yard for enjoying the warm summer evenings or the cold winter nights over a pit fire.

I occasionally eat chicken, but am mostly a vegetarian. I have no problem with you cooking meat, as long as its not beef. I also do not permit pets in the house. There are no curfews in the house. You are free to come and go as you desire. You are free to invite your friends over for a party, as long as you dont get too loose or rowdy. Common areas need to be cleaned every week.

The home is a smoke free home. I smoke, but I do it outside the house. You are more then welcome to join me for a smoke outside the house.

Rents are due 1st of every month. All utility, internet, etc bills are in my name, and as and when we get them, we will split the bills equally. They are to be paid as and when they arrive.

All u gotta do is get ur bed and clothes to move in. Its home away from home.
