About the property

Hi there! I'm looking for someone to join me in this great little place located in Thornbury.

The apartment is fully furnished and is a small but cosy home with lots of natural light. The available bedroom is medium sized, easily fits a queen sized bed and has heaps of built-in wardrobe space.

It's in a great spot, close to the awesome cafe's and bars down high street (not a great selling point at the moment but hopefully one day life will return to the busy street!). It's a 5 min walk to the 86 Tram, 10 min walk to Thornbury Station and just a few minutes from the supermarket (Woolies & Aldi). Off-street parking is also available.

Rent is $695 per calendar month + bills.

About the flatmates

Hey, I'm Sean. Hmm what do I do with my life...
-Work in HR (it’s as riveting as it sounds)
-Binge watch TV (while I eat)
-Hang out with friends (while we eat)
-Cook. Lasagne? Curry? Heavenly choc mud cake? Yes, I do it all & more!
-Have an on/off relationship with exercise to try and combat all the food!

Reasons to live with me:
-You will be joining a quiet but fun home with crazy warm vibezz
- I’ll introduce you to the best food spots in Melbourne (okay, I’ll stop mentioning food.)
-I’m black AND gay so you’ll be getting two token friends for the price of one!
-I’m a recruiter which translates to great at helping you make those tough tinder decisions
-I’ll listen to you complain about work, your mum and that one friend you should have cut out years ago
