It's large property, infact one of the largest of the area, around 1100 sqm. Its home where we live in and are welcoming fun loving guests to come stay with us. There is beautiful shared Kitchen available with all utensils, microwave, oven etc. Central ducted heating and cooling. Nice looking fire place. Huge maintained garden upfront with a gazebo to sit in. Trees all around the fence that provides privacy. Overall great place to live. Bus stop in front of the house, which can take you to Greensborough and/or Watsonia Station. 2 rooms are available for rent, one with queen bed and other with single bed. Common Areas include Living room with Lounge and TV, Dinning room with marble dinning table, Kitchen, and a shared bathroom.
