About the property
The house is fully furnished, with amenities such as a tv with netflix, couch, dining table, heaps of utensils and cups, bowls etc. You are welcome to use all of these.
There is air con, heating, and the house doesn't get too hot or cold because of the large shading from trees.
We have outdoor seating, and theres lots of potential for the large backyard, including outdoor dining, gardens bed etc.
Indoors the lighting is beautiful and we get enough for all our plants in various parts of the house. The house is spacious and we have a relaxed vibe.
The carport is long so there is room for another car as I am the only one who drives.
We like our house clean, tidy, and looked after.
Room 1: Has a built in wardrobe with a hood amount of space. This would cost $110/week rent and approx. $30 in bills/week
Room 2: This room is the smallest and has no wardrobe. Alternatively, there is a wardrobe in the hallway right across from the room that is the same size as the one in room 1. This room would cost $90/week and approx. $30 in bills/week.
