Room in house located in the popular location of Yarraville. You will be sharing with 2 men in their 60s. Included in weekly rent is rent, gas, electricity and water. Internet is not connected however house is NBN connected and ready. All you would need to do is arrange an account with an Internet Provider. Room is at front of the house and does have a connection for Foxtel in the room if you wish to get that connected.

There is plenty of storage area for your food in the shared kitchen and also plenty of room in the fridges in the kitchen.

2 minute walk to bus stop around the corner and 10 minute walk to Anderson Road shopping centre and Yarraville train station.
