It's a super easy place to keep cool in summer and warm in winter as each bedroom and living room have air conditioning.
We have a small entertainment area out the back with a BBQ for those warm summer hangs.
We have a gym setup in the garage featuring a squat rack, cable machine and various bars and weights for those who like to keep fit.
Our place is also equal distance to Benton’s Square and Coles shopping centres, which makes grocery shopping very convenient!

Up for availability is the third bedroom of our Mornington townhouse.
You’d be be living with myself, Will, who’s 35 and works as a music teacher as well as living with Emily, who is 36 who works for Telstra.
We’re both extroverts who enjoy a good laugh and chat after work as well as the occasional shared meal or drink.
We’re both neat, tidy and respectful of each other’s space and belongings.
Ideally we’d like someone of a similar age to join our little pad.
