About the flatmates
Hey there! I'm a uni lecturer and this is a spacious apartment for serious (but fun!) students or professional people. We're near NUSpace and the free shuttle to Callaghan campus, and across the road from the foreshore so a nice little ride to the beach.
There are shared balconies with a lovely outlook. We have new carpet and furniture throughout.
We enjoy a cheery and tidy household and pretty much do our own thing. You would share a bathroom (separate loo) with one male. This is a quiet and tidy apartment with no hassles or dramas. Weekly vacuuming and cleaning should occur without being asked.
4 hour and 8 hour on street parking is available nearby or in the commercial carpark next door. Intermittent use of my underground lockup car space is available when I'm not there (alot of the time!).
We share the household chores, sometimes have a wine together but otherwise we're busy folks getting on with it. If you're tidy and cheerful, know how and when to use a vacuum cleaner, then maybe come take a look and see whether we're a good fit. Fully vaccinated please.
