This room is $185 per week and includes all bills of water, electricity, fast unlimited internet, fortnightly cleaner, and gardeners. This house is in very quiet, safe part of Birmingham Gardens, and it is close to public transport. It is about 20 minutes walk to Newcastle University and the huge Stockland Jesmond shopping centre. There are only 5 bedrooms in this house. It is not a party house, but a quiet study house. If you are looking for a quiet, study environment in a great house, then this is the house for you.
