I’m a full time barber and a chilled lil hippy when I’m not at work or dancing. I’m extremely chill at home and will mostly keep to myself when I get the chance to be at home, in saying that I do love banter and a good chat. I’m looking for someone to fill the second room in my cute little terrace unit in Carrington.
It is a quiet household as we have a downstairs neighbour and other neighbours around us... so no, not a party house although bevies on the back deck are a food way to spend most evenings here.
The house has an open lounge room and kitchen area with a small deck off the lounge room. We share a grassed courtyard area with our downstairs neighbour that has a small veggie garden for anyone who has a green thumb!
The house is fully furnished and upon request your room can be too, otherwise you will just need what you want in there.
It’s a 5 minute walk from The Criterion and a short walk away from many other cafes and pubs!
The closest bus stop is 2 minutes around the corner and a 5 minute drive from Hunter Street.

Rent is $220 including all bills/internet. A bond of $800 is required.
