This is a groovy retro house with a nice, big sunny backyard and a relaxed homely vibe. The bathroom is located separately to the toilet. Lots of parking. The house is quite big, and there are lots of spaces if you need to chill out by yourself. The rooms are quite spacious, the room available has a wardrobe, bed and desk if needed and has carpet. Our lease ends on the 23rd Jan and we already have approval to sign on for another year. One of our housemates is moving away for work and the room is therefore available a little earlier, with the hope that you would like to join us on the lease next year :)
