About the property

Based close to Beaumont street, this little house has space but also some quirks about it.
With the bedrooms having high ceilings, the toilet being outside, and a small kitchen, the place feels warm and homey. To add to this there is a nice little backyard that has a fire pit, bbq and festoon lights, as well as a small front deck that has a couple of chairs that overlook the street.
The House has two air conditioning units, one in the lounge room and one in the dining room.

Whilst you live here, you’ll have access to all amenities. Internet is unlimited.

About the flatmates

Looking for a housemate to share this quirky little house with.

As for what I do, I work for a geophysics company (I help find minerals in the ground, aka, stuff to help make your phone or computer).
When I’m home I like to write music, learn drums (they’re electric) play ps4 and go for a swim in the ocean during winter.
I find vacuuming the house rewarding and when I have time, tend to the garden.
I’m always up for banter, a good red wine/ scotch/ beer and music listening nights. Im also respectful of other housemates and their space.
I’m pretty easy and happy to share cleaning duties and what not, but keeping the house to a certain standard is very important and makes life a little easier.

I also have a black cat called Ally, she likes raspberries on her tummy and belly scratches. I also have a goldfish, Gordon. He’s reckless and always wants to be fed.
