Hey, I'm an architect at a local firm looking for someone to rent out the spare room. The place itself isn't all that large but you are more than welcome to spread out all over the house and have free reign over pretty much everything.
I'm respectful of personal space while also up for flat dinners and activities. I don't have any pets but will adopt yours if you have any. And the landlord has allowed both smaller and large pets in the past.
I love keeping active and in my downtime you will find me going for runs or in the water. Am also an encyclopaedia for pub trivia so will at the very least will improve your odds
