Its a massive ranch style space with heaps of storage and a short distance to the CBD. Walking distance to Wests, Lambton Pool, The General Roberts and Lambton Park Hotel. Air conditioning downstairs which is where the room is situated. The room itself is 3 x 3.5 with a large wardrobe just outside the door. The photos from Harcourts’s are not our current furnishings. We are on a 6 month lease, the landlord intends to knock down and subdivide the property eventually. We have been told we have at least 9 months here possibly longer.

About the flatmates
Young working professionals, 4 male one female working in recruitment, disability support and hospitality in their late 20s and early 30s. Preferably looking for a girl to balance things out. We have just moved in, we all have hobbies including music, the outdoors, fitness and love a few beers here and there! We have known each other for a long time and hang out often but enjoy our own space as well. We have a cat too!
