Internet is NBN and super fast speed, located less than 5 minutes from the local shopping centre and 7minute drive to Newcastle university. This house is perfect for students
The rent includes water bill and is $305 dollars a fortnight. Internet bill is $22 a month and the other bills vary but are never excessive. BOND IS ONLY $560.
The room is spacious (double bed in picture for scale) with a larger built in wardrobe that contains three large mirror sliding doors, it has a fan and timber floor boards it also has one large window at the front of the house. There is space to hang things on the walls

About the flatmates
I am moving out with my partner so my room will become available (the photos above are old photos but will send you updated photos if requested) it also includes a deck that is not pictured in the old photos
You will be staying with two other females, Aylssa and Jess who are quiet and considerate, perfect for a tidy individual who needs to be closer to university or the shopping centres.
Alyssa works at the local Woolworths and enjoys going out with friends, Jess is a primary school teacher who enjoys being outside in the sunshine.
Just message me if you are interested and you can come meet the girls and inspect the house. Jess will not be available on the 5th and 6th of December so before then would be preferred.
