This is a pretty special place - the old Stockton Masonic centre that has been turned into a house. It's arguably one of the most unique places in Newcastle. An easy 250m to the beach, 5min walk to the ferry into Newcastle, and a 20min drive if you choose to use wheels. Everything is furnished - you can BYO but it'll be a struggle to fit it in. Amenities include an outdoor bath, gas fireplace, chef's kitchen, and multiple living spaces.
One bedroom available with plenty of space and free standing robe. I unfortunately am working interstate this year but the house is currently inhabited by two extremely friendly 30yo females who you'd be living with.
