My home is located in Alfred Cove very central to all universities and only 15 min from Perth and Fremantle. Public transport is only a few steps away and there is no real need to own a car .

All rooms are have ducted air and the house has a nice airy light feel about it.
Is a short walk to a 24 hr supermarket and there are many cafes and bars close by.
If you enjoy exercise the cycle way is a few minutes away. You can easily commute to Perth or Fremantle by bike in 30 min if your up to it.
There are three separate living areas and a lovely outdoor area for use. So there is plenty of space for yourself if needed.
All the bedrooms are comfortably furnished with a queen or double bed, desk and chair and built in robes.
