The house is secluded off the street and nice and open! It’s about a 7 minute drive to the beach, super close to Claremont quarter and walking distance to Revo gym and the train station! Other features include Netflix, Stan, Disney plus and Amazon prime ahaha I love my tv shows! Bills are not included in the rent but shared between so they are usually very cheap! Aircon up stairs and also down stairs has an extra toilet. The parking bay is meant to be able to fit 2 cars but we have struggled so there is plenty of free parking on the street.
