About the property

The house is located extremely close to Subiaco and all its amenities; shops, restaurants, public transport. It was built in 1939 but has been extensively renovated with a fabulous updated kitchen and including many German appliances including a steam oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher.

Access to the CBD is easy public transport (600m to either Subiaco or Daglish train station or Bus 27 100m which travels down St Georges Terrace). Located directly adjacent to KEMH, and within 10 minutes travel distance to Perth Children's Hospital, Hollywood Private and SCGH.

The house is 15 minutes to the coast, 10 minutes to Beatty Park and a 5 minute walk to Lords Fitness Centre and has easy access to most highways and freeways.

The bedroom is a large with original timber flooring and furnished with a queensize bed and huge floor to ceiling wardrobes with plenty of storage space. The room would also have exclusive use of the second bathroom and formal lounge. The front and back gardens are well cared for providing a lovely environment to sit.

The house has internet, and bills are included in the rent cost. The lounge room includes a TV and access can be provided to Netflix and Stan subscriptions.

About the flatmates

I am a professional who works from home. I am friendly and enjoy a great chat. However, the house has plenty of room providing space for both to enjoy.

My ideal housemate is someone who is friendly, neat, clean and happy who is respectful of my privacy.

I have a small King Charles Cavalier who is very friendly, but he does drop fur and lives in the house. Therefore you need to be ok with dogs.
