The owners representative lives in the upstairs section of the property and shares the common facilities, arranges cleaning, gardening and the payment of bills and is a self-employed female who works from home. A full list of house rules will be provided at inspection or on request and all tenants are expected to sign the REIWA Residential Tenancy Agreement and the tenancy is governed by the Residential Tenancies Act 1987.
