The house is built with 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms & full ducted reverse air conditioning (Cooling & heating) in Eden Hill. The property is protected by a security camera system. All bedrooms are lockable with a key. The master bedroom has its own independent Hot Water System (great in winter) & roller shutter (great for security & privacy). There is also a dryer (great to dry your clothes quickly) There is plenty of space in the kitchen, and you will have your own sections in both the fridge and the pantry. Kitchen appliances & utensils is available for everyone's use.

The living room is open plan and Unlimited NBN Internet. Speed download 38 Mbps.

There is parking available on the street.

***The garage is for private use only by the owners of the property. Strictly no access for any reason***

Power, gas, water and internet bills are included in the rent.

***However, in summer & winter the rent will be an additional $20/$10 per week for 12 consecutive weeks to cover the air-conditioning running costs for cooling & heating (dryer usage aswell as for heating)***

You have to supply your own bedding, bed linen & bathroom linen.
Laundry liquid, toilet paper & washing detergent is not provided.
Food and bathroom consumables are not included in the rent and you will have to provide your own.

Payment will be 1 week in advance rent plus 4 weeks bond up front & a contract will be signed before key hand over.

What we expect from housemates

Your room will be your own personal private space, so what you do in there is up to you. We generally prefer clean individuals, however as the room is your own personal space, it doesn't matter if it's messy as long as there is no damage done to the room.

Our only real expectation is that you are polite, that you pay on time and that you clean up after yourself (ie. don't leave dishes in sink for too long).
