Hi folks!
We have a room going in our beautiful 5 bedroom share-house in Melville.
The large bedroom has heaps of room and comes part furnished with wardrobe, desk, ducted air conditioning, white walls, black-out windows, carpet and off-street parking.
We're 10 minutes from Fremantle, 10 minutes from the freeway, with great connections to bus routes, nearby shops, and Leach Highway, and a great coffee shop 2min walk away.
The house is huge, has ducted AC in every room, a eclectic mix of furniture, extensive vinyl collection, basic home gym, fully kitted out common areas and LOTS of plants! ...some would say too many plants...but we like plants :D
There are two bathrooms. This room shares the downstairs bathroom and toilet with one other flatmate.
Finally there's a laundry room, sizeable well-kept garden with decking area and a parking area out front plus street parking.

We all work full time and some of us work shifts so our ideal flatmate would be a considerate professional who has a good taste in films, enjoys an occasional movie night with a few beers, gins (or wine!) and wants to live in a nice tidy house without having to worry about any admin/cleaning as we have that all taken care of 😎
