About the property

So we got high ceilings, Air conditioning, a water system designed to survive a nuclear war, tranquil front and back veranda with decent gardens, hardwood floors, security doors, 4 parking spots, plenty of inbuilt storage space, NBN (FTTN, thanks Liberals, another award winning policy, deftly executed), washer, dryer and dishwasher. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood near the city close to both train and bus lines. The Inglewood pub is a 2 minute walk, along with 2 gyms, 2nd avenue IGA and all the heady delights Inglewood/Mount Lawley can offer.

The bedroom for rent (3.58m x 4.59m with huge inbuilt ward drobe) has a bed frame in it already but that can be removed if unneeded. There's also a dining room/lounge room (5.3m x 5.16m) that you would be free to do whatever you liked with as neither of us use it at all.

About the flatmates

I'm a mid 30's male who works in hospitality and entertainment, my other housemate is a mid 30's female who works in I.T. Both of us work a decent amount, Whitney enjoys cooking and watching movies in her room, I'm generally out and about when I'm not at home getting nowhere near enough sleep.

In terms of who we're looking for : Probably someone chill who's got work to do. It's not a "Dogs in Space" party house, although if that reference made you smile knowingly you should probably take a look. Whitney works days, I work nights but we're both conscious of not disturbing each other and have managed to co-exist quite peacefully for a year. We don't really have rules.
