About the property

Come live with us!

Our home is a large open house, that feels comfortable enough to quickly call it home, and large enough to enjoy your own space.

A quick bridge jump from Freo proper, we love the location for beach/train/quality wine shops access.

We are only a 10 min walk to the train station and Leighton beach. A few minutes walk from the Swan River walking track. Extremely close to Queen Victoria Street (Mojo's, Propella, Ooh coffee, Old Bridge Cellars).

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open kitchen and lounge, dining room and a large backyard with covered deck. Floorboards and raised ceilings throughout, with unnecessary extra lights and quirky powerpoint locations. We have a veggie patch and are considering a few chickens for the back corner garden. Large locked garage that homes our surf/camp/chef items with room for more.

The room has high ceilings, double doors to the backyard deck, as well as the usual internal entrance, large double built-in robes and catches the morning light!

About the flatmates

You will be living with 2 gals and 1 guy, late 20s-30s who all work/study full time. Our interests range from scuba diving to cricket to camping and most things in between, especially if it involves cooking and/or eating.

We are looking for someone clean, respectful and willing to contribute to the family vibes!

Someone who is eco conscious, LGBTQIA friendly, preferably looking for something longer term.

We are all busy (in non-Covid times) but you can often find us all with a vino in hand on verandah in the afternoon or on the couch with chocolate. Sharing the latest Betoota Article or chat is always welcomed, time-out and quiet always respected.

We are also dog friendly and would love to meet yours.
