Hi Guys, myself and 4 others are looking for a new house mate in the next couple of weeks/ASAP to fill this big beautiful house (four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) in Peppermint Grove that has been rented out by health professionals for many years.
The place is in a perfect location near shops, Cottesloe beach, public transport and ND/UWA unis (via driving or public transport). There is plenty of space with a few different living areas in case you want to do your own thing.
The room is large with its own built in robe and adjacent sun room / living space. Your luxury bathroom with its own bath, is shared with 1 other person.
The room is $300 a week with all utilities split as they come.
