Hey we have a great room available in an amazing location for an even more amazing price!
Rent is $125 per week and bond is $450. Bills are split evenly 4 ways and are usually pretty cheap and unlimited internet is included in the rent
Why is this such an amazing location you ask...well we are close to everything!! Just a 10min drive the the city, 10mins to Curtin Uni, 5mins to Belmont Forum, 5mins to the Casino and 15/20mins to the airport.
The room is also great with plenty of room (can easily fit a queen bed) and a built in robe. Room is unfurnished.
The house is an awesome 2-storey townhouse with quite a bit of space. The house is already furnished, so there is no need to worry about any of that.
Lease is until December but is likely to be renewed.
Unfortunately we already have 2 cats so we can't have anymore pets.
