This cute little unit is walking distance from Scarborough beach, which has incredible sunsets! The room is empty. The house has a shared bathroom with myself and a little courtyard out the back. There is parking in the complex and the garage is free for an extra $10 a week.
I also have a cat who is chill as, sleeps most of the time and cuddles the rest.
The remainder of the house is furnished. In the best location and close to shops, bars, restaurants all within walking distance!
