Hermitage View, Secret Harbour, Perth

I have a beautiful modern 7 bedroom 3 bathroom home that sits on the prestigious Secret Harbour golf course. I live 10 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins the other way to the shops. I have a big pool out back and a lovely alfresco outdoor entertaining area.
I currently have my son and and 2 housemates living with me. All bedrooms are queen sized and with double sliding mirrored robes.You will have use of a really big shared bathroom . All bills, wifi and Netflix etc are included in the price.A big expectation is to clean your own room which is pretty standard. The house is massive and no one gets in each others way. All I ask is to respect others in the house, clean up after yourself and be neat and tidy. We are all happy here and get along well. Responsible but have of fun. There have never been any qualms or problems with any of my prior housemates. All smooth like one big happy family.
I can’t reiterate enough that if you are not house trained in cleanliness and no mess I urge that you don’t apply.
