Being just a 16 minute ride or 22 minute bus from the CBD (5km), makes South Perth an ideal base to rest and play. With a sophisticated and super practical Scandinavian set-up, you'll feel pretty chilled out at home for a quiet night in or proud to show off your place for an occasional dinner party. Come home and take a 5 minute stroll down to the river side or go for a morning run beside a glimmering reflection of the city skyline. I'm offering the master bedroom in my place fully furnished so it's ideal for someone who's travelling light. That being said, there's still plenty of storage space in your bedroom with a large full size wardrobe and two bed-side tables. There's even the 3rd bedroom which I'm using as a study for your desk if you're looking for a more private space outside your bedroom. To keep things simple, the rent includes power, water and internet. Note that there are two visitor bays that are empty most of the time if you have a car.
